During arguments, it transpires that for the relief, which the petitioner is seeking in this writ petition, he has already served the respondent with a legal notice Annexure P/3. Keeping in view facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take note and decide legal notice of the petitioner, as per law. Needful be done within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
