Judgment AJAI LAMBA, J. 1. This is a petition under Sec.438 Cr. P. C. for bail in a case lodged under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC. On a perusal of the FIR, I find that petitioner No.1, bagicha Singh, has been attributed injury with a Kappa on the left leg of nanko Bai. Petitioner No.3, Ranjit Singh, has been attributed a blow with kirpan on the head of the complainant. Bagicha Singh has also been attributed a Kappa blow on the right leg of the complainant. Petitioner No.2, mohinder Singh, has been attributed an iron rod (Sabbal) on the back of nanko Bai. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that there is a cross version in which the ladies, including the wives of the petitioners, have suffered injuries. It is, however, admitted that the complainant side is not being prosecuted. The petitioners side would be instituting a criminal complaint. In the face of such specific attributions, no ground for bail is made out. Dismissed.
