Judgment VINOD K. SHARMA and j. JJ. 1. The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 18.3.2006 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Sangrur condoning the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal. The case set up by the respondent was that the judgment and decree were pronounced on 18.2.2005, however, due to old age she could not know about the said order. It was only 15.4.2005, when respondent contacted her counsel then she had come to know about the fate of the case and, thereafter the copy was applied on the same date i. e.15.4.2005, which were obtained by her on 19.4.2006. The application was immediately filed. The learned Addl. District Judge, Sangrur on the appreciation of evidence produced by the parties came to the conclusion that there were sufficient grounds for condonation of delay. There is no error or illegality in exercise of jurisdiction by the learned trial Court which may call interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Dismissed.
