Judgment 1. Petitioner Ashok Kumar, apprehending his arrest in a nonbailable offence in case FIR No.84 dated 29.4.2006 under Sections 366, 216 IPC, registered at Police Station Firozpur Zhirka, District Mewat, has filed this petition under Sec.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of anticipatory bail. I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 19.8.2006, passed by additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped a married woman, I am not inclined to grant the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
