Judgment 1. The petitioners apprehending their arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No.99 dated 2.8.2006 registered under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Nabha, has filed this petition under Sec.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail. 2. I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. Counsel for the petitioners contends that in terms of the interim order dated September 28, 2006, the petitioners have joined the investigation. This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel. 3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim order dated September 28, 2006 is made absolute. 4. This bail order shall remain in operation till the investigation culminates into filing of challan under Sec.173 Cr. P. C. except for material change in the circumstances. Thereafter, the petitioners shall be entitled to the grant of regular bail by the trial Court and the same shall further continue till conclusion of the trial on the conditions to be imposed by the court of competent jurisdiction. Disposed of accordingly.
