Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this petition under Sec.482 Cr. P. C. for setting aside order dated 7.11.2000 passed by Additional Chief Judicial magistrate, Hoshiarpur and order dated 4.12.2004 passed by Additional sessions Judge (Adhoc) Fast Track Court II, Hoshiarpur, whereby, respondents No.1 to 6 were not summoned for facing trial under Section 307 IPC and Sec.27 of the Arms Act. After arguing the case for some time, counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner does not want to press this petition at this stage with a liberty to move an application for alteration of charge, if some incriminating evidence constituting the said offence comes on record. Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
