Judgment 1. The petitioners have filed this petition under Sec.482 cr. P. C. for quashing of complaint Annexure P-1 under Sections 427, 447, 506, 440/34 IPC pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra and further to quash the summoning order dated 26.7.2002 passed by Judicial magistrate, Ist Class, Pehowa. 2. After arguing the case for some time, when the Court was not inclined to accept the contentions raised by counsel for the petitioners, he confines his prayer to the extent that the personal appearance of the petitioners be exempted before the trial Court and further prays that he be permitted to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial. 3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition at the appropriate stage of trial. 4. However, in case, the petitioners file an application for personal exemption before the trial Court, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
