Judgment 1. Petitioner Sunil Kumar alias Rajinder Singh has filed this petition under Sec.439 Cr. P. C. for grant of regular bail in case F. I. R. No.87 dated 29.3.2006 registered under Sections 392/397 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Butana, District Karnal. After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant the relief, counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
