Judgment 1. Notice of motion. Mr. Amol Rattan, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. It is undisputed that the matter raised in the petition is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 1.9.2006 passed in Civil writ Petition No.6222 of 2006, Food Corporation of India Vs. The state of Punjab and others. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the same terms. Orders at Annexures P-1 and P-5 are set aside. It is further made clear that the petitioner will be at liberty to raise the issue of applicability of Sec.15 (ca) of the central Sales Act, 1956 also before the authorities in accordance with law.
