Judgment 1. Petitioner Som Nath has filed this petition under Sec.439 cr. P. C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.46 dated 8.4.2006 registered under Sections 302/120-B IPC at Police Station Barara, District ambala. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to approach again after examination of the Judicial Magistrate. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with the aforesaid liberty.
