Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. Petitioner is seeking relief against respondent Nos.4 and 5, a private bank. It appears that his truck has been taken in possession by respondent No.4, in accordance with the terms and conditions, under which, the loan was raised. Truck was hypothecated with the bank. No case is made out for interference in writ petition. Dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, as per law.
