Judgment 1. Petitioner Bal Raj Singh apprehending his arrest in a nonbailable offence in case FIR No.371 dated 19.6.2006 registered under sections 420/467/468/471 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak, has filed this petition under Sec.438 Cr. P. C. for grant of anticipatory bail. I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. 2. This order be read in continuation of the earlier order dated august 7, 2006 passed by this Court. 3. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he had fraudulently obtained B. A. Degree from magadh University. Counsel further contends that though due to wrong verification the petitioner was suspended, but after a thorough inquiry, he was reinstated. 4. Counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel and he further states that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. 5. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the interim order dated August 7, 2006, the same is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 6. This bail order shall remain in operation till the investigation culminates into filing of challan under Sec.173 Cr. P. C. except for material change in the circumstances. Thereafter, the petitioner shall be entitled to the grant of regular bail by the trial Court and the same shall further continue till conclusion of the trial on the conditions to be imposed by the court of competent jurisdiction. Disposed of accordingly.
