Judgment 1. Vide order under challenge, objection application of the petitioner, in execution, was dismissed. It is apparent from the records that the decree has become final and the petitioner, by moving the said application, had tried to take those very objections, which were taken and disposed of when suit was decided. No case is made out for interference.
