Judgment 1. Petitioner Jatinder Singh alias Ghoni has filed this revision petition against the order dated 29.5.2006, passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist class, Hoshiarpur, whereby charge under Sections 425/323/294 IPC has been framed against him. This revision petition is barred by limitation. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner on merits, I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order of charge passed by the trial court. Dismissed.
