Judgment 1. The petitioners have filed this petition under Sec.482 of the code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.101 dated 30.3.2006 registered under Sections 406/498-A and 34 IPC at Police Station Division no.6, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition, during investigation or at the appropriate stage of trial and personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial court be exempted. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However, after filing of challan, in case the petitioners file an application for exemption from personal appearance, the same will be considered by the trial court in accordance with law, keeping in view the facts of the case.
