Judgment 1. This is second petition filed by petitioner Kulwant Kaur under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.136 dated 24.9.2005 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad. Her earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on October 27, 2005, by passing the following order :- "the petitioner has filed this petition under Sec.438 cr. P. C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.136 dated 24.9.2005 registered at Police Station City, Jalalabad under sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC. After hearing the counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the petition as well as the order dated 8.10.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, certified copy of which has been placed on the record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed. " After hearing counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any fresh ground for the grant of discretionary relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
