Judgment 1. This is second petition filed by Manjit Singh under Sec.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.83 dated 29.4.2006, under Sections 420/406/467/468/474/120-B IPC, registered at police Station Samrala, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. His earlier petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 12.9.2006. I have heard counsel for the petitioner on merits and gone through the contents of the FIR. Keeping in view the specific allegations, which constitute the alleged offence, I do not find any ground to quash the FIR. Dismissed.
