Judgment 1. Petitioner Sanjeev alias Sandeep has filed this petition under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.305 dated 12.6.2006 under Sections 323/324/326/307/34 ipc, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after examination of the Doctor who prepared mlr of the injured. Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
