Judgment 1. Petitioner Sheelo Bai has filed this petition under Sec.482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing directions to respondents no.1 to 3 to take action on DDR No.17 dated 31.5.2006 and to register FIR against the private respondents. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail her other remedy, if available under the law. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
