Judgment M. M. KUMAR, J. 1. A short reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 has been filed in Court today. Copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The relief claimed by the petitioner in the instant petition is to confirm him w. e. f. August 31, 2003 on the post of Assistant Sub Inspector. The aforementioned relief has been granted to the petitioner by confirming c. W. P. No.6091 of 2006 [2] him w. e. f. August 31,2003 vide order dated October 13, 2006, as the same date has been given to his junior. The petitioner is to be deputed for the next intermediate School course in Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban in due course on a date to be fixed by the Director General of Police, Haryana. In view of the above, the relief claimed by the petitioner stands granted to him. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
