Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this petition under Sec.482 Cr. P. C. for quashing of an FIR No.184 dated 25.8.2001 under Sections 420,465,467,468,471 IPC, registered at Police Station Noormahal, District jalandhar and all consequential proceedings. Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from ASI sukhjit Singh states that in the aforesaid FIR, after the investigation, the police has prepared the cancellation report and the same will be presented soon before the Court. In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the respondent-State, counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner does not want to press this petition at this stage. Dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
