Judgment :- (Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of habeas corpus as stated therein.) P. Sathasivam, J. Pursuant to the direction of this Court the detenue by name Kavitha, daughter of the petitioner appeared before us. We enquired her. According to her, she is 21 years old. Her date of birth being 10.06.1985. She further informed us that she married the second respondent Jayaraj on 03.12.2005. She also informed us that from the date of marriage she is living with the second respondent and as on date she is pregnant. In the light of the above information and taking note of the fact that the detenue being a major and married the second respondent, we hold that she is not under the illegal detention of anyone, much less the second respondent herein. In the light of the same, no further adjudication is required in this petition, accordingly the same is closed.
