Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this petition under Sec.482 of the code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to the investigating agency to take action as per the report given by Additional Director General of police (Crime ). I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the petition as well as the aforesaid report. In this case, after investigation, the police has already submitted challan to the court. In view of this fact, I do not find any ground to issue the direction to the investigating agency to take further action in the matter, as it will be open for the petitioner to take the alternative course available to him before the trial court at appropriate stage. Dismissed.
