Judgment VINOD K. SHARMA and j. JJ. 1. The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 28.10.2005 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Rohtak declining the application of the petitioner for impleading the Executing Engineer, Construction Division no.30, Gohana as a party to the reference. The learned Labour Court came to the conclusion that the labour Court was to answer the reference made to it. It was not open to the petitioner to implead the Executing Engineer, Construction Division No.30, gohana as a party. There is no error in exercise of jurisdiction by the lower court which may call for interference by this Court. Dismissed.
