Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, chandigarh, in Original Application No.176-CH of 2005 dated 2.5.2006, wherein the Tribunal, while accepting the prayer of the applicants (private respondents) had required the petitioner herein to readjudicate the claim/entitlement of the applicants under the provisions of the 1986 orders/rules. In so far as the applicability of the Rules under reference is concerned, the same is not subject matter of challenge at the hands of the petitioner herein. In view of the above, we find no justification in interfering with the impugned order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Dismissed.
