Judgment 1. The petitioner, who is owner of the offending tractor, filed an application to implead driver of another vehicle as a party, who as per him, was also involved in the accident. That application has been dismissed by the Tribunal below by stating that presence of the said driver is not necessary for proper adjudication of the claim application moved by respondents/ claimants. It is an admitted fact that vehicle of the petitioner is fully insured. Under these circumstances, this Court feels that no case is made out for interference.
