ORDER : 1. The learned Solicitor General has filed status report, which is taken on record. Suggestions have also been given by the learned Solicitor General as to the guidelines that may be issued to tackle the problem of fictitious complaints being filed and warrants issued. Let copy of those suggestions be given to other counsel, who may examine them. 2. We direct the Bar Council of India to also file suggestions. It would be open to others, including the Bar Council of Gujarat, to file their suggestions within three weeks. 3. Mr. D.A. Dave, learned senior counsel appearing for the Gujarat High Court, states that the inquiry report has been submitted on 21st December, 2005, and the matter is under examination by the disciplinary committee of the High Court. 4. List the petitions after four weeks.
