JUDGMENT : 1. It is stated on behalf of the State of Uttar Pradesh that in compliance of this Court's order dated 28.2.2006, the Lucknow Development Authority has allotted 7975 sq. meter of land near new site of High Court and opposite to Shaheed Path, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for construction of the building of UPSCDRC. 2. It has further been submitted that a sum of Rs. 50 lacs has been sanctioned by the State Government for giving first instalment towards the cost of allotted land to the Lucknow Development Authority. 3. We hope and trust that the Lucknow Development Authority would hand over the possession of the land forthwith and the construction shall begin as expeditiously as possible. 4. List on 20.4.2006.
