MARKANDEYA KATJU , CJ. ( 1 ) HEARD counsel for the parties. ( 2 ) THIS appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 28. 10. 2005. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has been harassed by calling her husband as `deserted whereas this Court in Crl. W No. 412/1997 directed that in future instead of using the word `deserter the word `missing may be used qua the husband of the petitioner and he should not be called as a `deserted . ( 3 ) AN affidavit has been filed by the Army Authorities stating therein that the army is not harassing the petitioner, rather the Army is paying full pension and arrears have also been paid. ( 4 ) HENCE grievances of the petitioner can only be against the Haryana Police where she is residing. ( 5 ) HENCE the petitioner should approach the Punjab and Haryana High Court as this court has no jurisdiction to entertain this petition. ( 6 ) THE petition is dismissed. .
