Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, application of the petitioner, to appoint a revenue officer as Local Commissioner, to demarcate the property, in dispute, was dismissed. This Court feels that the order passed is perfectly justified. Except in appropriate cases, Courts are not supposed to collect evidence for the party. In the present case, it has come on record that earlier also, Local Commissioner was appointed. No case is made out for interference.
