ORDER 1. Heard the petitioner in person Dr. D.N. Gupta. 2. By order dated 7.2.2001, the learned Single Judge of Gwalior Bench of this Court in WP No. 8912001 directed that all the obstructions in the varandah in the Court premises have to be removed by the District Judge, Bhind. The petitioner submitted that on the basis of the said order, the petitioner who was also sitting and working as an Advocate in the Varandah of the Court premises at Gwalior was also removed by the District Judge, Gwalior, but other advocates, who are sitting in the varandah of the Court premises at Gwalior, were not removed. The petitioner submitted that the direction issued by the learned Single Judge of Gwalior Bench on 7.2.2001 in WP No. 89/2001, applied equally to all the advocates sitting in the Varandah of the Court premises at Gwalior and hence all the advocates who are sitting in the varandah of the Court premises at Gwalior should be removed. 3. There can be no doubt that varandah in the Court premises anywhere are meant for movement of litigants and advocates and the advocates cannot put their tables and chairs in the varandah and obstruct the litigants and advocates from moving in the varandah of the Court premises at Gwalior. Since, the District Judge, Gwalior, has removed the petitioner from the varandah of the Court premises, he/she will also take steps to ensure that other Advocates do not sit in the Varandah and obstruct the movement of litigants and advocates. 4. With the aforesaid directions these two contempt petitions are disposed of. Petitioner in person.
