Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to bring to the notice of the Bank the judgment delivered by this Court in Kalyani Sales Corporation V/s. Union of India. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 3. We have no reason to believe that the authorities concerned shall not act strictly in accordance with law. 4. Let a copy of this order be given dasti, duly authenticated under the signatures of the Bench Reader, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
