Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail during investigation. Now, he is in custody since 1.12.2005. 3. It is submitted that identity of the petitioner is debatable, as he was not arrested on the spot and recovery was from open space and he was not arrested soon after the occurrence. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Patiala. The petition is disposed of.
