Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. On 19.1.2006, the following order was passed:- "it is stated that the petitioner was neither arrested nor identified on the spot. Notice of motion to AG, Punjab, fro 2.2.2006. " counsel for the State points out that the petitioner was earlier declared Proclaimed Offender and he has been arrested on 23.10.2005. 2 Counsel for the petitioner says that at one stage, the petitioner was found to be innocent by the investigating agency; he is not a previous convict; trial will take time; investigation is complete; the petitioner is not likely to abscond or misuse the concession of bail. 3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Moga.
