Judgment ADARSH KUMAR GOEL, J. 1. On 12.1.2006, following order was passed :- "as per version of Kuldeep Singh, son-in-law of deceased Surjit Kaur, Avtar Singh son of the deceased, his wife swaran Kaur and his son Jagmohan Singh along with the petitioner were after the property of the deceased and on account of that killed her. It is a case of circumstantial evidence. The petitioner was employee of Avtar Singh, son of the deceased. An extra-judicial confession has also been made by Swaran Kaur. Notice of motion to AG, Punjab, for 16.2.2006. " 2. Learned counsel for the State says that 4 Pws have already been examined and case is fixed for further evidence on 24.3.2006. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no case is made out for grant of bail at this stage. Petition is dismissed.
