Judgment 1. Petitioners wife is an accused in a complaint under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for dishonour of cheque. The petitioner sought to implicate the complainant in a forgery case by alleging that the cheque was unauthorisedly used. . Respondents No.2 and 3 have been granted anticipatory bail. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no ground is made out for cancelling the order of anticipatory bail. Petition is dismissed.
