Judgment 1. It is stated that the cheque amount is Rs.5,000/- and the petitioner is willing to deposit the said amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the trial court within one week from today. On such deposit being made, the petitioner will be admitted to bail subject to appropriate conditions and without prejudice to proceedings under Sec.446 of the code of Criminal Procedure for the earlier default. Petition is disposed of.
