Judgment :- (Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce detenus Jagatheesan and Baskar, detained by the second respondent, before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty.) P. Sathasivam, J. Learned Government Advocate, on instruction, reports that the first detenu by name Jagathessan was arrested on 12.02.2006 relating to Crime No.55 of 2006 on the file of Somarasampettai Police Station, Trichy, and that the second detenu by name Baskar was also arrested on the same date in respect of Crime No.56 of 2005 on the file of the said Police Station. He further states that both of them were produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Trichy, on 13.02.2006 and that they were remanded to judicial custody on the orders of the learned Magistrate. 2. In the light of the above information, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
