ORDER : 1. It is stated that the hearing before the Monitoring Committee is fixed to 20.01.2006. Call these matters on 13.02.2006. 2. It is stated by Mr. Mukul Rohtagi, learned senior counsel that, till the next date of hearing, the ships in question shall not be permitted to enter the `ECONOMIC ZONE'. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties seeking extension of time for deposit of incineration costs. Let the deposit be made by the next date of hearing. 4.
