Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, legal heirs of the deceased decree holder, have been ordered to be brought on record. Before this Court, counsel has tried to raise an argument that it is in dispute as to whether the respondents, who have made application for execution, are the legal heirs of the deceased decree holder or not. In view of paragraph No.5 of the reply filed by the petitioner, no doubt is left that the respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased Ujjagar Singh, as such, petitioner is not entitled to raise this objection, at this stage.
