Judgment 1. Upon consensus, all these three cases have been taken up together and are disposed of by this common order at this stage itself. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have jointly placed reliance on Government Order bearing letter no. 3/M-30/2005-Ka-1533, issued by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna, dated 3.6.2006, wherein reference is made to, circular no. 639 dated 16.3.2006 which deals with the scheme of the Government for appointment on sanctioned posts out of daily-wage-basis employees working in the Government offices/departments. 3. It is submitted that on that basis, the petitioners would like to make an application/representation within two weeks from today and lay their claims for appointment. 4. Learned counsel for the State has not disputed the aforesaid order of the Government. However, he has submitted that the merits of the application/representation can be considered in the light of the parameter prescribed in the said order and subject to availability of posts. 5. Upon such application/representation being made, the authority of the concerned department or office, as the case may be, will look into the matter and consider the merits of such application/ representation in the light of the aforesaid order dated 3.6.2006 and determine their claim, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from the date of receipt of the application/representation. 6. With this observation, this group of three writ petitions shall stand disposed of, but without any order as to costs.
