Judgment Gopal Krishan Vyas, J.-Heard learned Counsel for the applicant as well as learned Public Prosecutor for the State and gone through the record of the case. 2. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that applicant is appearing in B.A. IInd year Examination and the same shall be commenced from 22.02.2006. It is further contended that examination for the last paper will be held on 05.05.2006. Therefore, the applicant may be granted temporary bail upto 06.05.2006. 3. In the interest of justice, I consider it to be a fit case for grant of temporary bail to the applicant upto 06.05.2006 under Section 439, CrPC. .4. Accordingly, the temporary bail application under Section 439, CrPC, is allowed and it is ordered that the applicant Vijay Narayan Punia S/o Ram Narayan Punia be enlarged temporarily on bail upto 06.05.2006 provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-alongwith two sureties of Rs. 25,000/-each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the following undertaking : 1. That he will keep peace in the society during the period of this temporary bail. 2. That he will not commit or repeat any such offences. 3. That he will surrender himself before the trial Court on 06.05.2006.
