Judgment :- (Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for entire records leading to the detention of petitioner under Act 14/82, vide detention order dated 9-11-2005, on the file of 2nd respondent herein, made in proceedings No. BDS 509/BDFGISV/2005, quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner before this Court and set him at liberty from Central Prison, Chennai.) Mr. K.M. Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, reports that the detention order in respect of the petitioner in the above petition has been revoked by the Government. The above statement is hereby recorded. In view of the same, no further adjudication is equired. Hence, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
