Judgment :- (Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 18.11.2005 in Memo No.521/BDFGISV/2005 against the petitioner's husband Suresh, son of Mahalingam, Male, aged 22 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Chennai, set aside the same, direct the respondents to produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.) P. Sathasivam, J. Learned Government Advocate informs this Court that, by Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1161, Prohibition & Excise (XIII) Department, dated 27.12.2005, the detention order passed against Suresh, viz., husband of the petitioner herein, has been revoked. He has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Accordingly, no adjudication is required in this matter. Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
