ORDER : 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioners are desirous of their appointment as assistant teachers in secondary schools pursuant to advertisement issued in the year 1998 and the results, subsequently, published by the State Government. 3. It is precisely contended by counsel for the petitioners that when appointments were not being made some affected persons approached this Court in writ applications, which were disposed of directing the Director to consider their cases for appointment and the Director in its turn issued annexure 15 to the supplementary affidavit and some of the persons were appointed as Hindi teachers in different secondary schools. A prayer, therefore, has been made that since the petitioners are of the same category, though of different subjects, may also be considered by the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, in the like manner. 4. Mr. Sunil Kumar Mandal, counsel for the State, however, has no objection in case the matter is considered by the Director. 5. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners and the intervenors, if so advised, may represent before the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of their grievances in light of annexure 15 to the supplementary affidavit. The Director thereafter shall consider and dispose of the representation so filed by the petitioners and the intervenors keeping in view the earlier ORDER :passed by it, as contained in annexure 15, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. 6. With the direction/observation aforesaid, this application is disposed of.
