Order The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to issue Ph.D. degree to her on the ground that she submitted her thesis in the Department of Chemistry, Jamshedpur Cooperative College, Jamshedpur in the year 1991. 2. It appears that in 1991, the petitioner went to West Bengal and thereafter she joined as Teacher in the School in West Bengal. There is nothing on record to show that any representation was filed to the concerned authority. 3. This Court, therefore, cannot issue a blanket order directing the respondents/University to issue Ph.D degree. If the petitioner has any claim, she is entitled to approach the University in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is dismissed.
