Judgment 1. Vide order under challenge, application of the petitioner to lead secondary evidence was dismissed. Court below has noticed that the extract of deed writers register, which the petitioner intends to brought on record by way of secondary evidence, did not bear signature of the executant and also of the witnesses, further that, attesting witnesses are no more alive. This Court feels that the order passed is just and reasonable. Otherwise also, this revision petition filed after about six months of the passing of the order under challenge, cannot be entertained.
