Judgment HEMANT GUPTA, J. 1. The petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the learned Executing Court on 16/8/2005 whereby the learned executing court has framed issued on the objections raised by the petitioner. 2. It is contended by the petitioner that objections filed by kuldeep Singh lack bona fide inasmuch as he appeared as a witness of the tenant and now after decree was passed, he has asserting right in himself. Prima facie, the argument advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be meritorious. But since the learned Executing Court has framed issues and has ordered that only three opportunities shall be given to each party to lead their evidence, I deem it appropriate to direct the learned executing Court to decide the objections on or before 31.05.2006. 3. The learned Executing Court shall adhere to its schedule. With the above-said directions, the revision petition stands disposed of.
