Judgment Ashutosh Mohunta, J. 1. The appellant has been convicted under Sections 353 and 333, IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for 8 years. 2. The appellant is alleged to been given fist blows on the nose of the complainant who was a Punjab Roadways Bus Conductor. According to the appellant, the dispute arose because of non-payment of Rs. 2/- to the appellant by the complainant. 3. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant-Hardev Singh has undergone 1 year and 1 month of actual sentence out of total sentence of 8 years. 4. Counsel for the State submits that the nose of the complainant was broken as a result of receiving the fist blows. 5. However, keeping in view the fact that the appeal is not likely to heard in near future and the appellant has already undergone 1 year and 1 month of actual sentence, therefore, I grant bail to the appellant-Hardev Singh to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga.
