Judgment 1. Vide order dated August 03, 2004, the appellant was permitted to make the deficiency in court fee good within a period of two months. The deficiency in court fee has not been paid till this date. No steps have been taken to comply with the order dated August 03, 2004. In these circumstances, the present appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
